Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in as new condition with tags attached (unless faulty).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send an email to info@bukitombak.com with your order number in the subject line and details of your purchase and the reason for your return and our customer service team will get back to regarding your order.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date unless faulty. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided.

Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. Liive Vision will not pay to return these items to you.

REPLACEMENTS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bukitombak.com
